By using a process called sfumatrice, normally only employed by expert perfumiers, this lemonade takes both the oils from the peel and the juice from the fruit of Sicilian lemons to create a sweeter, more rounded and delicate flavour.
Earthy ginger followed by robust smoky flavours, balanced with refreshing background notes of citrus. Not too sweet, well-balanced with prominent smoky notes which linger on the palate. This uses Pure Smoke technology to achieve a clean-tasting smoke flavour without the acridity and tar notes that one would typically associate with such flavours.
Three different gingers combine to offer a complete taste experience: the first is spicy with a peppery base, the second has a peppery, citrus note and the third is a sweet, earthy flavour with a light zesty finish. Finally,

Basil, in the anise family, has always been renowned for lifting acidic flavours such as tomatoes and in a soft drink its peppery top note is a superb counterbalance to pomegranate, delivering a complex, exotic mid-taste.
Pink grapefruit is used to brighten the quinine flavour and the lower notes are deepened with a subtle hint of juniper berry to round out the angularity of quinine and lengthen the finish of the tonic, reducing the bitter after-taste.
